New toys.

I just bought myself a Cokin Filter holder and Gradual Density filter today, to try out. I was umm'ing and arr'ing about getting one. However, I saw some great photos in a magazine and it inspired me to achieve similar results. So, i bought one. It's pretty good, sits on my Circular Polarizer and works well. I got GD8 which brings the exposure of the sky (or ground) down 2-3 stops, which stops the blowing out of the sky-light, creating a more balanced image...

It was too rainy today to take photos. So, when it's a nice shiny day, i'll upload some of my results.

Rainy Day Play.

These photos, I feel, represent my idea of rainy days. Great! You get so bored that you start to look at things differently, through light, shape, and evidently in this showing of photos, imagining objects in their representative state. I love the photo of the little airplane in the sky. I, without making some art wank over it, see it as an achievement of man. It was once an idea, now it's a relative practical theory. We think and imagine things some can not. Now we work towards making it happen. What next?

Ninja Pastin'

I decided to put this image up for those who missed out on one of my recent public displays. I pasted this poster up, near Club Halo, Hobart. I wanted to get this ninja image close to a wall, to make it look like he was going to kick the next person down that was coming around the corner. Unfortunately, it go ripped down by the council the next day. However, i've proof of this marvel.

I wanted to take a day photo with someone walking up toward it, to get the image i was going for. But it's now history. I've a few more in the mix. Keep in tune. Keep updated.
